xbaij Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") are issued by xbaij (hereinafter referred to as "xbaij", "we", "us", or "the Company") and govern the entire relationship between xbaij and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the xbaij platform at https://xbaij.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and progressive web application versions thereof.

The xbaij platform provides online sports betting, live casino, video slots, crash games, fishing games, virtual sports, and related entertainment services to eligible users in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are accessible via desktop browser and mobile browser on devices operating in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

By completing the xbaij registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unequivocally confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and understand their content.
• You accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement.
• You are using the xbaij platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.

xbaij reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. The current effective date and version number are displayed at the top of this document.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on xbaij, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. xbaij strictly prohibits access to real-money gambling services by individuals under 21 years of age. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to gamble, and xbaij takes this obligation seriously.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not residing in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You have not previously had an xbaij account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an xbaij employee or contractor.

During the registration process, xbaij will request personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (Bangladesh National ID card or passport). This information is required to verify your identity and age in compliance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms. xbaij reserves the right to immediately close any account where false identity information has been provided, to withhold any balance held in such an account pending investigation, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the xbaij platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that individual will be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided.

Your xbaij account and associated login credentials are personal to you. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. You must not permit any third party to access your account, place bets on your behalf, or manage your account in any way.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. xbaij strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other website or application.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP from your registered Bangladesh mobile number.
• Never access your xbaij account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• Log out completely from your xbaij session after each visit, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify xbaij support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

xbaij will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder has failed to maintain reasonable security precautions or has shared credentials with a third party.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your xbaij wallet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbaij does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. The following payment channels are currently supported on the xbaij platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳50. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account that was used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. xbaij reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the identity of the account holder cannot be fully confirmed.

xbaij aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed fastest. xbaij is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.

Deposits made to xbaij wallets are for use on the xbaij platform only and do not accrue interest. Funds deposited in error cannot be guaranteed for recovery and must be reported to xbaij support within 24 hours of the erroneous transaction.

All bets placed on the xbaij sportsbook are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition, as displayed within the relevant betting market at the time of bet placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable market rules.

Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip reference number has been issued, that bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the user. All confirmed bets are final subject to the following exceptions:

• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond the market's scheduled settlement window, or abandoned without a result.
• A clear and demonstrable pricing error occurred at the time of bet placement, as determined solely by xbaij.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms (e.g., by an ineligible user, using funds derived from bonus abuse, or via automated software).

xbaij reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice, including markets on live events where the integrity of the event is in question. In-play betting markets are subject to additional latency and connection constraints — xbaij will not honour bets where it can be demonstrated that the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was submitted.

Maximum single-bet and single-market winnings caps apply across all xbaij sports markets. These caps are displayed within each individual market and may vary by sport, competition, and market type. Winnings that exceed applicable caps will be paid up to the maximum stated limit only.

xbaij offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which must be read in conjunction with this Section 6 and the general Terms contained in this document.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all xbaij promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible account, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds are valid for a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion terms state a different validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity window.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting and live casino games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; video slots may contribute varying percentages; certain game types may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.
• xbaij reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.

xbaij is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe entertainment environment for all eligible players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools and safeguards to support players in maintaining healthy gambling habits.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered xbaij account holders via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your xbaij wallet. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gambling session. You will receive an on-screen notification when your session time limit is approaching and will be automatically logged out when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in to or access any real-money features of your xbaij account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the xbaij platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected (minimum 6 months, maximum permanent) and cannot be lifted at your request during the exclusion window.

xbaij strictly prohibits access to real-money gambling features by individuals under 21 years of age. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaij platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be immediately suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed:

• Registering more than one account on the xbaij platform, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical, electronic, or digital device to place bets or interact with the xbaij platform.
• Exploiting any software error, pricing error, system glitch, or technical fault on the xbaij platform for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes, share information in live betting markets, or otherwise coordinate betting activity in a manner that gives an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on the xbaij platform.
• Using the xbaij platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and withdrawing them as apparently legitimate winnings.
• Providing false or fraudulent documents during the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to circumvent any security feature, access control, or account restriction implemented by xbaij.

All content on the xbaij platform — including but not limited to the xbaij brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, betting interface, game content, software, text, images, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of xbaij or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xbaij platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, or transmit any xbaij content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the xbaij platform or software.
• Use the xbaij brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation from xbaij.
• Frame or embed xbaij platform pages or content on any third-party website without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of xbaij intellectual property may result in legal action. Game content made available on the xbaij casino and slots platform remains the intellectual property of the relevant game providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is subject to those providers' own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbaij, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the xbaij platform or any service provided thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, xbaij specifically excludes liability for:

• Any indirect or consequential financial harm arising from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the xbaij platform.

The xbaij platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xbaij makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any service offered on the platform. xbaij's total aggregate liability to any user shall in no event exceed the value of the net deposits made by that user in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xbaij collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document. By registering on the xbaij platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xbaij will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except where required to do so by law, by a court order, or by a competent regulatory authority. Data shared with third-party payment processors (such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your requested transaction.

xbaij reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date and version number. xbaij may also notify registered users of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, though such notification is not guaranteed for minor or administrative amendments.

Your continued use of the xbaij platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms in full. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the xbaij platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Any bets already confirmed and pending settlement at the time of any Terms update will be settled under the Terms that were in force at the time of bet placement.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the xbaij platform's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the xbaij support team will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, as determined by xbaij.

In the first instance, all complaints and disputes should be submitted in writing to xbaij's support team at [email protected]. xbaij commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 72 hours of receipt and to providing a substantive response or resolution within 14 business days of acknowledgement. Complex disputes involving significant sums or multi-party investigations may require additional time to resolve; xbaij will provide regular progress updates in such cases.

Users agree that any dispute submitted to xbaij's resolution process will be handled on an individual basis. Class action claims, consolidated proceedings, or representative actions are not permitted under these Terms.
